These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sutra Entertainment website and your booking of any performances or entertainment services (“Services”). By using our website or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Sutra Entertainment provides professional entertainment services, including (but not limited to):
Aerial performances
Fire performances
Choreographed acts
Specialty and character performers
Event entertainment packages
All services are customized based on client needs and event requirements.
2. Booking Process
To request a booking, clients may contact us through:
Website forms
Social media
Direct inquiry links
A booking is not confirmed until:
All event details are provided, and
A retainer or deposit (if required) is paid.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that are unsafe, unsuitable, or unavailable on the requested date.
3. Payment + Deposits
Some services require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date.
Final payment must be made by the agreed-upon date stated in the invoice or email communication.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
We do not store credit card information; all payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
4. Cancellations + Refunds
Client Cancellations:
Retainers are non-refundable.
Any cancellations made within a specified timeframe (outlined in your invoice or communication) may be non-refundable.
Company Cancellations:
If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or safety concerns, all client payments aside from completed work or travel expenses will be refunded.
5. Safety Requirements
Clients must ensure the event space is safe and appropriate for the booked service. This may include:
Adequate floor space
Proper ceiling height
Fire-safe environment
Clear access for equipment
Weather safety (for outdoor events)
Compliance with venue rules
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a performance on-site if safety conditions are not met.
Client payments remain non-refundable if the space is unsafe.
6. Equipment + Setup
Depending on the service, we may provide:
Freestanding aerial apparatus
Fire equipment
Costumes and props
Sound tracks, if needed
Setup requirements will be discussed prior to the event.
The client is responsible for informing the venue of our presence and any necessary accommodations.
7. Photography + Media
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Clients may photograph or film our performers for personal and promotional use related to the event.
We may also capture and use event footage for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
We will never sell client images or event footage to unrelated third parties.
8. Liability
By booking our services, the client agrees that:
Performers operate in inherently physical environments.
Clients and venues must maintain safe conditions at all times.
Sutra Entertainment is not liable for injuries or damages that occur due to unsafe venue conditions, guest interference, or failure to follow safety instructions.
We maintain our own safety standards and reserve the right to halt a performance if conditions become unsafe.
9. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
Use automated systems to scrape or copy content
Upload malicious material
Attempt to interfere with the site’s functionality
Misrepresent your identity when submitting inquiries
We may restrict access if misuse is detected.
10. Third-Party Services
Our site may link to social media pages, payment processors, or external booking platforms.
